Effective April 16, 2026. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have when you use Pikova.

Pikova is a subscription service for golf analytics. When this policy says "Pikova," "we," "our," or "us," it refers to the operator of the Pikova website, app, and related services.
If you have questions about this policy or want to exercise privacy rights, email support@pikova.org. That address is the current placeholder support contact and should be updated if Pikova uses a different production inbox.
We collect account information you provide to us, such as your email address, name, login credentials, and any profile or preference details you choose to add. If you sign in with Google, we may receive basic account details such as your name, email, and profile image from that provider.
We collect payment-related information through Stripe when you subscribe. We may receive billing metadata like customer IDs, subscription status, and the last four digits or brand of a card if Stripe shares it with us for account management, but we do not see or store your full card number.
We also collect usage data, such as pages viewed, features used, bet-tracking activity, onboarding selections, community activity, device and browser information, IP-derived logs, and cookies used for session management and analytics.
We use personal information to operate the service, create and secure your account, authenticate logins, process subscriptions, provide support, and keep the product functioning.
We also use it to personalize Pikova. That can include saving your selected sports, risk preferences, or tracker settings; tailoring what you see first; and improving recommendations, summaries, and tools based on how the service is actually used.
We may use your information to communicate with you about billing, account notices, security issues, product updates, legal changes, and support requests. We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to analyze product performance and improve our systems.
We keep account information while your account is active and for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our terms.
If you request deletion, we may retain certain information for up to 24 months afterward for audit, security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, or accounting purposes, or longer when law requires it. We may also retain de-identified or aggregated information that no longer reasonably identifies you.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion, and ask about our collection or disclosure practices. If you are a California resident, we do not sell personal information, so there is no sale opt-out mechanism to exercise at this time.
To make a request, email support@pikova.org. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We may also deny or limit a request where law allows or requires us to do so.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. That includes encryption in transit and, where supported by our vendors, encryption at rest.
No system is perfectly secure. You should also help protect your account by using a strong password, not sharing credentials, and contacting us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Pikova is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and our signup flow includes an 18+ age gate.
If we learn that we collected personal information from someone under 18 without a valid legal basis, we will take steps to delete it.
Some browsers offer a Do Not Track setting. Pikova does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals because there is no universal standard for how those signals should be interpreted.
Pikova is not targeted to the European Union and we do not market the service there as a dedicated EU product. If an EU user accesses the service anyway, we generally process personal information on the basis of legitimate interests in operating, securing, supporting, and improving the service, plus contract necessity where applicable for paid accounts.
If you are in the EU and believe a different legal basis or local requirement applies to a specific request, contact us and we will review it in context.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change to how we use, share, or retain data, or to other important privacy commitments, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or comparable direct notice before the change takes effect.
For material changes, we may require you to review and accept the updated legal terms on your next login after the effective date before you continue using Pikova. Non-material edits, such as typo fixes or clarifying language, may be posted when updated.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, want to request access, correction, or deletion, or need help understanding how we handle personal information, email support@pikova.org.
